What happens when you put four passionate people in a room together talking about diversity? Magic! That’s what happens. 🌟 And not just because we all come from different backgrounds, but because our lenses into inclusion in the workplace are also so diverse. Traditional notions of leadership often exclude diverse voices and perspectives, perpetuating inequality and limiting progress. By expanding our definition of good leadership, we create space for a multitude of talents and experiences to flourish, driving innovation and fostering a more equitable society.
